:bulletwhite::bulletblack::bulletred:The Prompt:bulletred::bulletblack::bulletwhite:

We've all heard the term "A picture is worth a thousand words." Very few people realize, though, that you can paint a picture with only a few words. This is the challenge of the month. Paint us a picture using words.

The theme is rebirth.

Keep in mind: In order to paint a picture using words, you must focus on imagery. Which means, show us, don't tell us!

Rules for this Prompt

:bulletred: Each submission should have no more than 500 words
:bulletblack: While prose is recommended, poetry will be accepted for this prompt
:bulletred: Submissions are due by midnight on October 31st.

Remember: By completing a prompt you have the chance to be featured on the main page of the group, as well as get a feature on MadHat11D6's personal account.

:bulletwhite::bulletblack::bulletred:Critique Challenge:bulletred::bulletblack::bulletwhite:

Members who critique a piece in the Peer Critique folder become eligible for a feature as well! The top critics will get a feature in the group, and all critics will get a feature on MadHat11D6's personal account. Critiques will be judged by the following criteria:

:bulletblack: Is the critique polite and constructive?
:bulletred: Does it offer ideas and helpful tips to improving?

Tip: Always start with saying what you liked about the piece, then provide constructive criticism.

In the critique, be sure to put a link to you comment in a comment on this journal. If you don't mention it, we don't know, and you can't get credit!

Good luck to all!

I appear to be having troubles being able to submit to the prompt folder. When I attempt to do so, the option is not presented to me. How can I contribute my work regarding this prompt?
